  • Lead business analyst for an engagement with a leading New Zealand energy provider on a major technology implementation, which included the replacement of the telephony system, the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the integration with the existing billing system and the implementation of a new knowledge management system
  • Lead business analyst on a Lean engagement for a district health board to identify business improvement opportunities within the information technology business unit
