Combined Rural Traders (Farmlands Cooperative Society)

Overview
Implementation of Promapp as CRT's process management tool for the capture of organisational processes for use in business improvement initiatives and to guide new technology solution implementations. Promapp was surfaced on the Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010-based intranet for access by all CRT employees. 

Role
Implementation lead for the solution - including the participation in the selection of the product, liaison with the vendor, design and implementation of the process architecture and process standards and methodology, workshops with staff members in respect of base process capture, and the facilitation of training for staff members for the capture and maintenance of process content.
